Our APIs can process any recorded audio. As long as we can grab recorded audio from your telemedicine platform, we can easily integrate it into our solution.

Data is always stored via secure channels. Abridge stores and processes all data within secure Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data centers. When you record a conversation, all data is encrypted at-rest and in-transit using FIPS 140-2 validated encryption.

While Abridge is currently only available in English, we’re planning to expand to other languages soon.

Absolutely! Abridge uses best-in-class automatic speech recognition (ASR) to process audio. The speech-to-text works across a variety of accents.
